การจับสลากแบ่งกลุ่ม ของ ฟุตซอลโลก 2012

24 ประเทศที่เข้าแข่งขันครั้งนี้ จะแบ่งเป็น 6 กลุ่ม กลุ่มละ 4 ประเทศ.[9] ผู้ที่ได้อันดับที่ 1 กับอันดับที่ 2 ของแต่ละกลุ่ม และ 4 ทีมที่มีคะแนนดีที่สุดจากอันดับที่ 3 ของแต่ละกลุ่มจะเข้ารอบ 16 ทีมสุดท้าย ตามตารางการแข่งขันที่ได้จับสลากแบ่งสาย เมื่อวันที่ 24 สิงหาคม พ.ศ. 2555[10]
